Fire the committee. No great website in history has been conceived of by more than three people. Not one. This is a dealbreaker." I created and maintain three sites w/o much problem. Recently I joined a group and volunteered to create a blog for them. However, the site are or will be created by different people. It's been going on since Christmas w/o anything done. Too many discussions, too much time wasted waiting for agreement among many people. I think I will give up this group. I think Seth nails the point about “1. Fire the committee.
